Teepa is a self-employed management consultant and company director.  He has previously held CEO and Executive management positions with experience across many sectors in the private and public sector.  He has been married to Anne for 35 years with 4 adult children and 2 grandchildren. He has been a supporter of EHC for 36 years.

Eric Leach

Executive Director

Graduate, Bible College of Queensland, Ordained Minister of Every Home for Christ, 17 years experience with Youth for Christ (Board and Staff). Over the past 35 years he has developed Every Home for Christ into a multi-faceted and professional Charity with AusAID accreditation. Winner of 2008 Equity Trustees Special Global.

John Ealand

Director

Licensed Real Estate Sales Executive for Summit Real Estate Blenheim. As a volunteer over 23 years, John organised events and concerts to raise funds and increase the donor base for Every Home for Christ/Global Concern. Vice-Chairman of New Zealand Board of Directors.

Paul Hartstonge

Director

Paul is employed as a Finance Manager at a Christian School – Middleton Grange in Christchurch – and  is a member of Life Church. He has completed a 2 ½ year Diploma of Pastoral Leadership and has had extensive involvement with heading up children’s church and youth group ministry roles over the years with his wife, Helen, and was an elder for 5 years with City Apostolic. He’s been married for 31 years and has two sons and two beautiful grandchildren.

Retired Pastor, currently working with Rhema Radio.

Roger Mackay

Director

Parish Manager Mahurangi Presbyterian and Manager of Mahu Vision Community Trust. Chairman New Zealand Board of Directors. Previously served as the administrative assistant in Australia/New Zealand Every Home for Christ/Global Concern.
